The automatic hologram sticker labeling machine is widely used to apply hologram sticker labels on a variety of labels and film rolls; utilized in the packaging industry. It has the capacity to label up to 300 holograms in one minute, based on the length and size of the hologram. This versatile hologram applicator is totally synchronized with the other functions such as product feeding, roll winding, and label dispensing; for optimal labeling accuracy. Moreover it even assists to change the labeling speed online, through the exceptional single point synchronized speed control system, provided on control panel.
Further, the integrated and preset system for detecting the length of the label helps to do away with the manual feeding and storing of the details related to the label length in the memory; and also retrieving the same data whenever you want to change the label size and restart the machine. This elegantly designed label applicator is useful for labeling a broad range of products such as ampoules, vials, glass bottles, pet bottles, tins, pouches, cassettes, floppy disk, square boxes, containers, syringes, and many more products. The other salient characteristic of this user friendly, automatic hologram applicator is the micro controller based fiber optic product sensor; along with a LCD display and a programmable feather touch keyboard.
Besides this, it also has an online 5 digit counter display that shows the overall output or total production. Moreover this advanced model includes a label release and fixing mechanism for releasing the labels. Also various types of coding devices are available for over imprinting the labels, according to the requirements of the client. It can print different kinds of messages like the manufacturing license number, batch number, manufacturing date, expiry date, price, etc. The machine also has a no product, no labeling system.
The standalone label applicator machine is mainly utilized for labelling a product in bulk quantities on the conveyor lines. It has a powerful sensor in order to detect the product when it moves down from the conveyor, and thereby activate the application of the label at the appropriate time. Moreover, the product should be properly handled and must also be firmly controlled in order to assure that the label is perfectly placed on the product.
Unit can be used as Hologram applicator / Label applicator and it is fixed on existing packing line conveyors. The machine operates at the speed up to 400 Products/min.
